Submit an Offer
Making an offer can be stressful and Kirsten is there to provide you with excellent guidance. She is an expert in getting your offer accepted in multiple offer situations. You are in good hands.

Home Inspection
Your offer was accepted and the inspection is an important milestone. Getting the home appraised and inspected ensures that your home is in the best condition possible and meets your expectations.

Closing Day
This step is exciting as you’ll be signing paperwork and we get to hand you the keys to your new home!
